Canal du Béal
The Canal du Béal is a historic hydraulic structure. This canal, created in the Middle Ages, plays an essential role in irrigating the region's farmland. It crosses the commune of La Crau and contributes to the fertility of the soil, encouraging the cultivation of various plants, including vineyards and orchards.
Sarah-Ann is Welsh and arrived in La Crau in the early 2000s. Charmed by what she describes as an inspiring town, she has sketched its most emblematic places through visuals in which the colours blend harmoniously. The result is an impression of Provençal serenity often associated with the town.
