The experience on offer
After a detailed briefing on how the finned swim will proceed and the safety instructions, you’ll be kitted out (recycled wetsuit, fins, mask and snorkel), then ready to enter the water.
You’ll swim in small groups at a depth of less than 5 metres. From the surface, you’ll discover the ancient Roman trading post at Olbia, then a little further on, the wreck of the Tartane. On the way back, the paleo-tombolo reveals a particularly rich biodiversity.
During the hour or so spent in the water, Camille will share her insights to help you understand the ruins you see and recognise the Mediterranean flora and fauna. You might even spot an octopus or other creatures hiding under the rocks or in the Posidonia.
The activity is open to children aged 7 and over and to adults who can swim, whatever their level.
