Ollioules, through the ages
Our guide will take you on a two-stage tour of Ollioules :
The first part of the tour will introduce you to the richly preserved heritage of the Cité de l'Olivier. You'll admire the Romanesque church of Saint-Laurent, as well as medieval streets and facades adorned with porches and arcades. In the Renaissance quarter, the famous Provencal gypseries will reveal all their secrets.
Next, visit the Jonquier Nougat factory. You'll learn more about this delicious confectionery and its history, and have the opportunity to watch a demonstration of nougat making. Finally, you can sample the different types of nougat on offer: white, black, hard and soft.
Please note : no visits to the nougaterie in February.
