Immerse yourself in the world of gentle extraction methods, much more than a simple filter coffee: a true art that reveals a unique aromatic richness. This workshop offers you the opportunity to discover or perfect your skills in the use of quality coffee makers such as the Chemex, V60, Piston and Aeropress.
The perfect combination of theory and practice will teach you how to fine-tune every parameter - from coffee/water ratio to water temperature - to bring out the subtle, complex nuances of each bean. You'll learn how to master each extraction method to create a perfectly balanced coffee, cup after cup, according to your personal preferences.
